“Wir haben auf einer Motorrad Tour eine Nacht im Hotel Astoria verbracht. Vom Personal wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Für die Motorräder gab es einen Platz in der Garage. Wir waren im neuen Anbau des Hauptgebäudes untergebracht. Das Zimmer war hell, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das zugehörige Restaurant bietet sehr leckere regionale Speisen zu vernünftigen Preisen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels, am Fuße des Neufenen Pass und in der Nähe des Grimsel- und Furka...

I found most of them very rude.”

Camera con terrazzina che affaccia su una vallata fra le più dolci e rilassanti di tutta la Svizzera (ne abbiamo viste molte), tirata a lucido ogni giorno. Il paesino sotto l'hotel è piccolo e graziosissimo. Colazione varia e di qualità. “Very modern and clean. Beds were comfortable and amenities were awesome. Had trouble finding parking especially since we reached at 12:30 in the night. As most European hotels there was no AC and it was very hot in the room even though we had fans. I don’t think the self check-in was very efficient when it came to getting answers to some imminent questions like parking, AC, possibility of a late checkout.”

“Small but beautiful property. Nested in a middle of small town of Kerns, everything is only a walking distance away. And the view is spectacular!”

“Le rapport qualité-prix n’y est pas. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé (au bord du lac), la chambre était spacieuse avec une excellente literie mais la salle de bain était vieillotte et les terrasses mal entretenues. Il faut payer de nombreux suppléments alors que le prix de base est déjà élevé (lit bébé, parking, eau dans la chambre,…). Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas bon et le petit déjeuné très décevant.”
